Meet the Crew

We're glad you stopped by and hope that you are encouraged and perhaps even entertained during your visit.  We'd love for you to get to know us a bit (it may help some of the posts make a bit more sense to know the cast and crew) so, without further ado here's the Family Abounds Crew...

The Parents 
We met in 2002, were married in 2005 and have since let go of all of our plans in order to surrender to and embrace the plans God has for us.  We never imagined those plans would include five kids, homeschooling, and a move to Texas!

The Kid Crew
They play together all day long, provide each other with many sanctifying moments, and never look at the camera at the same time.

Joshua, 7 years old

A strong personality, a strong will, and a strong sense of responsibility make for a dynamic combination!  His current interests include weapons, war, space crafts, and pioneer life.

Hannah, 5 years old

 Gracious, sensitive, and a little goofy, this girl is a great companion to her older brother.  She is becoming an expert on all things Little House on the Prairie, constantly asks to help out in the kitchen, and gives great hugs.

 Abigail, 3 years old
Light hearted, playful, and funny, Abby is the perfect leader to her younger brother and sister.  She likes to read, draw, and play in the dirt.

Jeremiah, 2 years old
Being laid back and easy going make Jer everyone's favorite buddy.  His smile says it all - this is one happy kid!

Rachel, 9 months old
She may be the most alert baby the Crew has yet known.  She can go with the flow but never hesitates to speak up when she needs something.  Rachel is crawling, standing up, and enjoys feeding herself.
